Q. What time can we have the bar open until? Do you have a late licence?
A. We are able to offer Sunday to Thursday until mid-night and Friday and Saturday until 1am.
Q. Can we bring in our own drinks and pay corkage?
A. Due to our licensing laws, we do not allow drink other than what we supply and sell to be consumed on our premises. No corkage payment arrangements are permitted.
Q. Can we provide our own catering?
A. All catering must be provided by our in-house caterers. We do however allow celebration cakes if cleared by the management team prior to your event.
Q. Do you accommodate civil ceremonies from your venue?
A. At present no, but we are planning to introduce this in 2010.
Q. Do you cater for 18th and 21st Birthday Parties?
A. Due to our strict licensing laws we are not permitted to host 18th or 21st birthday parties anywhere on our premises.
Q. Do I get my deposit back?
A. The initial deposit when confirming a booking is held until the next working day after the event. This is to cover any additional costs or damages on the day of your event.
Q. Can I reserve a date and then confirm with you in a few weeks time?
A. Due to the high demand of midweek events, no dates can be provisionally held. We do however allow weekend wedding enquiries to be booked provisionally for a maximum of 14 days.
Q. Can we decorate the room?
A. Yes but strictly no tape to be used or anything that would damage the walls and furnishings.
Q. Can we use confetti in the room?
A. No confetti can be used inside the building but we are more than happy for it to be used outside – Biodegradable confetti being our preference.
Q. Do you supply DJ’s?
A. We do not have a resident DJ but we can recommend any of our preferred regular entertainment contacts.
Q. How many parking spaces do you have and can I leave my car here overnight?
A. We have 300+ free car parking spaces and you are more than welcome to leave your car here overnight. Cars are always parked at the owners risk.
Q. What is the maximum number you can accommodate for a ‘sit-down’ meal?
A. We can accommodate 240 with a dance area, 320 without and up to 350 guests buffet style.
Q. Can I connect to the internet when present?
A. Yes, providing you have a wireless enabled laptop, then FREE wireless internet access is provided throughout our facility.
