Whether it be for a product launch, annual conference, exhibition, public meeting, training seminar etc. we have the ability and expertise to ensure that your event goes professionally and exactly to plan.
We have three purpose built conference rooms of varying sizes for 10-350 delegates.
Our sophisticated screening system gives us great flexibility in creating layouts of all sizes. We can offer theatre style, classroom, boardroom and horseshoe layouts. In fact, pretty much anything you might require.
All rooms are fully air-conditioned and our main Riverside Suite and Trophy room both benefit from natural lighting.

We also have the excellent Balcony Café Bar that can be utilised by delegates after your conference. The Balcony is also perfect for breakfast clubs, informal meetings, business lunches etc and has free wi-fi connectivity throughout.
Equipment (inclusive within the Delegate Package)
All your audio/visual requirements are met with LCD data projectors, projector screens, amplifier and overhead projector.
There is TV, video and DVD support available and all the usual features such as whiteboards and flipcharts.
Free wireless broadband connectivity is available throughout all our rooms giving delegates instant access to emails and the outside world (subject to connection availability).
