General Information
We know how important it is for a parent to feel confident and reassured that their child or children are in good hands and in a safe environment.
Vauxhall Recreation Club wants your child to have great fun whilst here but takes your child’s safety extremely seriously and this is a big focus of ours when doing staff training sessions and choosing the areas to which your child will take part in the activities we offer.
All our staff receive thorough training and are CRB checked.
All children that attend any of our children’s activities are required to fill in our bespoke junior form. This form requests details such as emergency contact details, medical conditions, allergies etc. The form is then scanned and attached to our database for instant access should we ever need it.
If any child’s details change then it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to notify Vauxhall Recreation Club.
Some activities vary and guidelines are different from one sport to the next, however wherever possible we generally aim to provide the following staff to child ratio.
| 7-16 year olds | 1 member of staff to every 8 children |
| 3-6 year olds | 1 member of staff to every 6 children |
