I have been a member of Lifelines for 9 years, I love the atmosphere and find the staff really supportive, they have helped and encouraged me to enter my first 5k race, which I can’t wait to run.

Lifelines has the latest equipment with plenty of machine, so no queuing. They are friendly and approachable and the team are always on hand to assist and ensure gym visits are enjoyable. I have been a member for 5 years

Having been a member of Lifelines for 5 years now, I cannot recommend it highly enough. The facilities are very good and the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. Staff are also always friendly and helpful. I have made tremendous progress towards my goals and I feel fitter and healthier. I love Lifelines and I feel totally comfortable when I come in for my work-out.

I have been a member for 3 years, I like the friendly atmosphere and I’ve been associated with Vauxhall since 1962 as part of the football clubs. I think that Vauxhall Recreation Club has great all round facilities and is good value for money. I like the fact that I can have a coffee or a meal after my workout in such lovely surroundings, it’s always clean and tidy, and the free parking being a massive plus.

I have been a member of Lifelines for 7 years (yes, since I was 15). I like the warm and friendly atmosphere provided by the trainers, its professional but without being business like as some gyms are.
It has a real family feel, and because of this my Dad and Brother are both members, my Mum attends the exercise classes as a non-member and I have taken my girlfriend for lots of meals in the Balcony Bar. Keep up the good work!
