As part of our mission to continually improve our standard of customer care, Vauxhall Recreation Club has been embarking on a ‘Mystery Customer Programme’ for the last four years.
Our mystery shoppers are selected from various backgrounds and include both members and non members. Simple questionnaires are completed after each visit and the information is then confidentially passed directly to an independent company who scores their experience.
As one of our mystery shoppers not only will you be paid for completing the survey but you will also be reimbursed for the cost of a sports booking and a meal and drinks in the bar. What could be better, getting paid for something you enjoy doing!
