Why not exit the "Rat Race" for an hour or two and relax in our fantastic sauna and steam rooms. Our fibre optic lights with changing colour in each cabin have served to create the desired mood for relaxation. The health suite also has a relaxation area were you can unwind on our comfortable chairs.
The health suite also comes complete with power shower cubicles and for those seeking an extreme experience 'The Waterfall'. This feature is not for the faint hearted but has gone down very well with our members as a substitute for a cold water plunge pool. At a press of a button your whole body is drenched in cold water and to describe the experience as invigorating would certainly be an understatement!

NEW Stand Up Sunbed
We have recently had a fantastic new stand up sunbed delivered and have removed the lie down beds.
The new stand up machine is stronger with sessions of 5 or 10 minutes.
There are many benefits of vertical tanning; it is more hygienic and you get more of an even all over tan.
The sessions are for either 5 or 10 minutes depending on your skin type and how often you use a sunbed.
Building a base tan before going on holiday with our stand up bed will reduce the chances of burning in the natural sun. So why not try out some sessions to start building your tan gradually before your holiday. If you have already had a holiday and want to keep your glow then top up your tan and keep it maintained with a weekly tanning session.
