*Danny Pymont* Danny’s role is to integrate the club’s outreach, development and performance programmes. Danny played an integral part in starting Luton’s tennis initiative, and is in his 5th year as chairman of the South Bedfordshire Lawn Tennis League. Danny has represented Bed’s men county team for 15 consecutive years and his main coaching role is working with the club’s performance players.

Tony Woolf Tony has established himself as one of the most respected coaches within the county, holding part time positions at both of Bedfordshire’s accredited performance clubs. Representing Bedfordshire at this year’s county week he won an astounding 14 matches out of 15. Tony is a club representative on the county committee and his main prerogative is to facilitate VRC’s mini tennis programme at all levels.

*Paul Heaphy* Previously County Junior champion at all age levels. Paul has been assisting as a tennis coach for the past 2 years but qualified as a DCA Coach in September 2007. Paul is currently captain and player for the Men’s ‘A’ team in the Beds and South Beds leagues.

*Michael Cicvak* Joining the coaching team in 2009, Michael brings a vast amount of playing and coaching experience to the club. He was continuously ranked in Slovakia’s top 10 as a junior, competing in numerous junior European tour events. Before moving to the UK, Michael coached at various clubs in Slovakia, working with their development and performance programme. He gained his home country’s highest coaching accolade, and has recently qualified as an LTA DCA coach

*Nick Hesketh* Nick has been a reliable member of Luton & Vauxhall tennis club, representing the section at both junior and senior levels over the years. Nick has continued to coach throughout his University life, where he studied Sports Physchology at Loughborough, representing their Mens team in the National BUSA leagues. Nick has also represented Beds at junior level and is a major asset to our coaching team with his expertise on the mental side of the game

*Marlyn Murray* Marlyn is a longstanding member of Luton and Vauxhall Tennis Club of 15 years where she has gained a wealth of experience of playing matches for both the ladies and mixed teams. Marlyn coaches for many different organisations including high performance centres. She coaches at all levels and abilities from mini reds through to adults looking to improve their their technique.

*Phil West* Phil has progressed through the junior ranks to become an established player in our adult teams. He can be seen assisting the younger age groups, with the majority of his time spent with our Saturday morning mini tennis and club programme sessions.

*Jordan Gazard* Jordan has had an exceptional year while competing in 2009. He will take his first coaching qualifications in 2010, and is keen to hit with the clubs up and coming juniors, as well as any adults who are up for the challenge!
