Health Suite
Why not exit the "Rat Race" for
an hour or two and relax in our fantastic completely refurbished
sauna and steam rooms. Our fFibre optic lights with changing colour
in each cabin have served to create the desired mood for relaxation.
The Health
suite also has a relaxation
area were you can unwind on our reclining chairs whilst Re hydrating
yourself with ice cool water.
The health suite also comes complete with power shower cubicles and
our new feature 'The Waterfall'. This feature is not for the faint
hearted but has gone down very well with our members as a substitute
for a cold water plunge pool. At a press of a button your whole body
is drenched in cold water and to describe the experience as
invigorating would certainly be an understatement!
Our state of the
art high pressure Sun Beds offer males and females the opportunity
to top up their tan pre and post
holiday or simply
to create a healthy all year round colour.
Squash
The club has two superb glass back Squash
courts supported by a very active squash club which organises
internal leagues /
ladders
for members to participate in.
Brache Arena
Our artificial Astroturf hosts hockey fixtures on Saturdays
and Sundays throughout the season. Midweek see’s
the pitch accommodate four six-a-side football pitches
at any one time and is floodlit
for evening play to 10pm.
Pro-Zones 1,2&3
Football is taken to another
level on these ‘state of the
art’ enclosed football surfaces. Pro-Zone
1 is ideal for 5-a-side, while Pro-Zones 2&3
lend themselves to 6/7-a-side games. Both
pitches have excellent floodlighting and 5 metre
high surround fencing.
After careful research,
the club opted for a buoyant surface of the latest
specification -
as used by
a number of Premiership
football
clubs.
It's secret lies in a longer grass pile
and combination of sand and rubber granules beneath the surface
- ideal for
reducing jolting effects on joints.
Renaissance
Beauty and sports injury treatments
are available throughout the week and on Saturday mornings.
